Lawns are our specialty, not a sideline. EverGreen treats and feeds what is already growing in your yard and keeps pests out of homes and businesses. These four services are the work, from the first lawn round to the quarterly pest visit.

Round 1

Lawn Treatment

Feeding the turf is where a good lawn starts.

Fertilization and weed control go down on a schedule built around your yard, and thick, healthy grass crowds out a lot of the weeds on its own. Where the soil is off, lime goes down to correct the pH, because turf that cannot take up its feed will not thicken no matter how much you put on it.

Customers also mention crabgrass spot spraying and aeration, so ask about both when you call. EverGreen puts together individualized packages rather than one set plan for every yard.

Round 2

Trees & Shrubs

Ornamental trees and shrubs need feeding and watching too.

Tree and shrub care covers fertilization and insect control for the plants already in your landscape. Chewing, boring and sucking insects each do their own kind of damage, and telling them apart is half the job before anything gets applied.

It is available a la carte or as a program. EverGreen holds a Class 4 commercial applicator licence for ornamental tree and shrub care and is certified in Mauget injection technology.

Round 3

Residential Pest Control

A one-time treatment, or a visit every 90 days.

The quarterly visit is an exterior perimeter treatment, dusting of cracks and crevices, and knocking down and removing cobwebs. If you want the inside treated too, an interior spot treatment is available when you ask for it.

Ants, wolf spiders, house spiders, roaches, wasps and bed bugs are all on the list. Bed bugs are a job for a professional, not a hardware-store can, so call before you spend a weekend on it.

Round 4

Commercial Pest Control

The same licensed crew works for businesses.

EverGreen serves commercial properties as well as homes, and the Class 2 commercial applicator licence covers commercial pest control and rodent control. A shop, office or small building has its own doors, docks and dumpsters to think about.

There is no one-size program here. Call or send the form, tell the office what the building is, and a quote comes back from there.

After a treatment

The yard flag means stay off until dry

When a lawn has just been treated, a small EverGreen flag goes in the turf with our phone number on it. Please stay off the grass until it is dry.

If you pay for the year up front, there is an annual prepaid discount on lawn, tree and shrub, and pest programs. The office gives you the details by phone.
