Lawn Treatment · Springdale, AR
Lawn treatment for Northwest Arkansas yards
Fertilization, weed control and lime to correct soil pH, in individualized packages built for your lawn.
Chapter 01
What a treatment round puts on your lawn
A lawn treatment is a feeding and a defense at the same time. Fertilizer gives the turf the nutrients it needs to grow thick, and thick grass is the best weed control there is, because there is less open soil for weeds to take. That is the idea behind every visit EverGreen makes to a yard in Springdale and the rest of Northwest Arkansas.
Weed reduction: strong, healthy grass leaves weeds less room to take hold. Increased growth: the nutrients in each round let the turf fill in thick. Disease resistance: healthy roots and soil are less prone to disease.
Lawns are our specialty, not a sideline. The team that treats your yard works under a Commercial Applicator Class 4 licence for ornamental tree and shrub care and weed control, which includes fertilization. Every lawn is a little different, so the packages are individualized: what goes down on a shaded back yard in Fayetteville is not automatically what goes down on a sunny front lawn in Rogers.
Austin Davis, a customer, put the result plainly in a Google review: the lawn looks healthier, greener and much more even thanks to fertilization, weed control and aeration. If you want to know what a package for your yard would include, call the office at (479) 231-7477 and ask.

Weeds that keep coming back
Crabgrass and its cousins do not stop because a calendar says so. A good treatment plan handles the weeds you can see now and builds the kind of turf that crowds out the ones you have not met yet. Strong, healthy grass minimizes weed growth, and fertilization is how a lawn gets there.
Between rounds, a stubborn patch can get a spot spray. Jimmy Allen described exactly that after switching to EverGreen: the yard was treated within a few days of the quote and the crabgrass was spot sprayed. If one corner of your lawn is the problem, tell the office, because a quick look is easier than guessing from a phone call.
Chapter 03
Soil pH and the lime on your lawn
Part of our lawn service is a lime application that corrects the pH balance of the soil. Grass can only use the feed in the ground when the pH is in a workable range. If the soil is too acidic, a lawn can sit on a full tank of fertilizer and still look tired.
That is why lime is not an upsell here. It is the step that lets the rest of the program do its job, and it is a long-term fix rather than a one-visit trick. Austin Davis noticed it too, writing in a Google review that the team took the time to address soil pH issues and that it made a long-term difference.
Lime goes hand in hand with weed control and fertilization, so you get a single program for the yard instead of three separate calls. If you also fight ants or spiders in the house, ask about our residential pest control at the same time.
After the visit: the yard flag
When a treatment goes down, a yard flag goes in the ground next to it. Ours carries our phone number and the line a family needs to see before the dog or the kids head out: please stay off until dry. It is a small thing, and it is the difference between a treated lawn and a lawn that got walked on while it was still wet.
Kyle Collins wrote that the technicians are very informative on what they are applying. That is the standard we hold ourselves to. If you are home when the technician arrives, ask what went down and what you should watch for over the next few weeks.
Packages, and the annual prepaid discount
We offer individualized services and packages that keep your lawn fertilized consistently, and we give a quote before anything starts. There is no one-size price on a shelf. Justin comes out, walks the yard and tells you what it needs, then the office schedules the work.
We also offer an annual prepaid discount on lawn programs. Call (479) 231-7477 for the details, Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, or use the quote form and the office will call you back. We serve Springdale, Fayetteville, Rogers, Bentonville and the rest of Northwest Arkansas.
“They were out within a few days getting it treated and the crabgrass spot sprayed.” Jimmy Allen, Google review.
